Build with us. Move faster than you thought possible.

We're a small studio shipping a lot of software. We believe AI changes the rate at which a serious engineer can deliver — and we're hiring engineers who already feel that shift in their own work.

— About the role

We're hiring an exceptional full-stack engineer who treats AI tooling as leverage — not a crutch. You'll direct Cursor, Claude, and similar assistants to generate end-to-end features (UI, services, schemas, APIs), then sharpen what comes back into production-grade software. The bar is judgment and throughput: ship more, with quality, in less time.

03 / Responsibilities
  • 01

Direct AI-powered tooling to produce full-stack features at multiples of conventional pace.

  • 02

Build and refine prompt strategies so the assistants are useful instead of noisy.

  • 03

Read generated code with sharp eyes — keep what's good, rewrite the rest.

  • 04

Hold the line on architecture even while moving fast.

  • 05

Ship features users notice, not artifacts users tolerate.

04 / Qualifications
  • 01

Strong fundamentals — you'd be a great engineer without AI; AI just makes you faster.

  • 02

Track record of using AI augmentation to materially compress delivery timelines.

  • 03

Comfort across the stack: frontend, backend, data, deploy.

  • 04

Willingness to delete your own code daily.

  • 05

Bias to action; allergy to ceremony.

— 05 / JavaScript challenges

Show your
thinking.

Three short prompts. Solve any one of them well, or two if you're feeling sharp. We care more about how you reason about the problem than getting every test green. Include your solution in your application.

  • 03

A short note (a paragraph is plenty) about how AI tooling has changed how you ship.
